Job Description:  QA Analyst

 

Responsibilities:

• Handling of customer feedback/complaint and supplier quality issues through root analysis. Ensure timely and effective containment and corrective actions are implemented for Quality incidents.
  Supervise QC on daily incoming and outgoing matters. Eg: Identifying and prevention of non-conformity related to internal process.

• Coordinating and documentation of quality systems and processes.

• Create, review and/or update inspection SOP/WI, CI, inspection checklist, control plan.

• Handle ISO internal audit and support during customer audit.

• Conduct regular in-process line audit to ensure compliance.

• In-charge of First Article inspection, Outgoing report and COC.

• Responsible for liaising with the supplier on any defective parts found and feedback made.

• Provide quality training for QC operator and production operator.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Education and Experience (preferred):

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related fields.

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Experience in Quality Assurance will be an added advantage.

• Dedicated and hardworking.

• Minimum supervision and ability to Think On Your Feet.

• Strong problem solving skills.

 

Skills and Knowledge Required or To be Provided if do not have):

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF16949

• Ability to communicate with others in an effective and concise manner.

• Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.​

 

Salary:

S$2,150 to S$3,000 per month basic salary, depending on qualifications and working experiences.
