Policy & COntracts Executive

​​Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with government agencies and members on issues of construction industry

  • Conduct studies for the development of policies and practices

  • Assist and provide input to PR Department on corporate matters

  • Plan and organize events and other tasks assigned

  • Review and recommend practices for construction industry

Requirements:

  • Good diploma or degree in civil, structural, building or mechanical engineering with min. 5 years construction or related experience

  • Knowledge of government regulations preferred

  • Organized, self-driven and ability to meet timelines

  • Resourceful and effectively bilingual

  • Good knowledge of MS applications

Salary:

S$3000 to S$5000 per month basic salary, depending on qualifications and working experiences.

  • Ability to stay in good physical condition

  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
