Job Description:  CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handles full spectrum of order fulfillment.

  • Ensure orders are handled within required lead time.

  • Responsible for the effective operations of customer service function, including the liaison for artwork / film / die-cuts making and punching operation by vendors.

  • Monitoring, planning, forecasting inventory (raw materials).

  • Coordination of first article preparation and qualification.

  • Control of customer drawings, specifications and other technical documents, ensuring that Engineering Files are being maintained.

  • Ensures that artwork / film / die-cuts are made and punching is carried out according to specified requirements, including the control of documents to vendors.

  • Prepares monthly reports.

  • Attends to telephone calls and enquiries; And any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field.

  • Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing organisation.

  • Dedicated and hardworking.

  • Minimum supervision and ability to Think On Your Feet.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

 

Salary:

S$2,400 to S$3,000 per month basic salary, depending on qualifications and working experiences.
