Job Description: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
-
Handles full spectrum of order fulfillment.
-
Ensure orders are handled within required lead time.
-
Responsible for the effective operations of customer service function, including the liaison for artwork / film / die-cuts making and punching operation by vendors.
-
Monitoring, planning, forecasting inventory (raw materials).
-
Coordination of first article preparation and qualification.
-
Control of customer drawings, specifications and other technical documents, ensuring that Engineering Files are being maintained.
-
Ensures that artwork / film / die-cuts are made and punching is carried out according to specified requirements, including the control of documents to vendors.

Prepares monthly reports.
-
Attends to telephone calls and enquiries; And any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Degree in any field.
-
Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing organisation.

Dedicated and hardworking.
-
Minimum supervision and ability to Think On Your Feet.

Strong problem solving skills.
Salary:
S$2,400 to S$3,000 per month basic salary, depending on qualifications and working experiences.
