PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Reports to the Operations Director.
-
Assists the Production Manager to ensure efficient operations of all production activities which include silkscreen-printing, die-cutting and lamination, incoming and in-process inspections;

Production planning and control – making sure that the products are manufactured under controlled conditions according to plan and schedule;
-
Motivates production and operations staff so that maximum work performance is attained to produce quality products;
-
Maintaining the environment of the Clean Room and the production equipment in a condition that allows for the production of quality output;
-
Ensures that the required production records are provided by the respective line personnel to monitor the control of production;
-
Oversees the incoming inspection of materials and that such inspection adheres to the procedures in place;
-
Ensures that all production and operations staff are properly trained to handle machines and execute tasks which they have been assigned with;
-
Responsible for the house-keeping of the production floor and other work areas;

Oversees that the process of stencil-making is carried out in a controlled manner;
-
Reschedules production activities when necessary in response to changing needs of the customers;

Ensures that the work environment of the production premises conforms to the safety and security requirements;

Identifies and initiates actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities of outputs, products, production processes and relevant parts of the quality system;

Provides solutions to quality problems encountered in the production processes and ensures the evaluation of such solutions for effectiveness;

Recommends quality improvement measures to the immediate superior;
-
Participates in the overall review of the Quality System and vendor performance;

Performs any other quality-related duties as assigned by the Operations Director.
