Practice Development Consultant, Singapore

(Aesthetics Industry)

 

Reports to: Sales Director based in Hong Kong

Location: Singapore / Malaysia

 

Requirements:

It is expected that this candidate can work independently, has excellent sales skills to give their best, this candidate also needs to be comfortable negotiating with aesthetics doctors / distributors to ensure business goals are met in a timely manner, needs to be comfortable in relating with and interacting with the aesthetic medical community on all levels. 

 

Minimum educational requirements: University degree in either business or science or related fields.

 

Skills:

• Strong presentation & problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience managing budgets and expenses, and executing marketing plans

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers

• Self motivated person, able to work independently with minimal supervision

 

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales objectives and analyse after each sales to improve sales efficiency

• Present sales to customers using sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues

• Organize and maintain sales territory records and submit reports to Sales Director on a timely basis

 

Requirements:

• Good time management and planning skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

• Experience in communicating multi-culturally

• Able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of customers

• Able to work individually as well as part of a team

• Individual contributor role, home office, reporting to Janis directly

• Interested in training / seminars

• Creative and thinking out of the box for new ideas on how to work with doctors to attract more patients

• Gender: Female (as requires close touch with patients for measurements)

Remuneration:

Budget: Basic salary USD30K-48K per annum (based on experience) + incentive
