Service Engineer (Bio Mechanical)

 

Reporting to Applications and Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to biomedical equipment servicing

  • Manage and help clients with working conditions of their equipment usage & expectations

  • Conduct end user medical equipment training (one-on-one or group size)

  • Work in harmony to provide high level service engineering support

  • Installation

  • Troubleshooting

  • Repair process (disassembling and assembling)

  • Improve field services and repair facilitation

  • Delivery high standard of quality equipment and commissioning

  • Ensure equipment are above satisfactory performance level

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (prefers Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical)

  • Ideally with medical device background

  • Willing to travel at short notice, South East Asia

  • Process oriented and patient with end users

  • Strong attention to details and trouble shooting

  • Initiative, patient and mature in thinking

  • Meticulous, hands on and analytical

  • A team player with good communication skills

  • Able to work under pressure
