JD of Customer Service Coordinator

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

Customer Service Function

  • Processing of quotations, orders and invoices 

  • Liaising with customers/vendors on status of orders

  • Supporting the sales team

  • Process Purchase Orders, able to properly monitor orders placed and inventory received

  • Ad-hoc projects and assignment.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

  • SAP Business One experience is preferred

  • Process oriented.

  • Requires strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when processing order information.

  • Initiative, patient and mature in thinking.

  • Meticulous, hands on and analytical.

  • A team player with good communication skills.

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Good time management and planning skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

  • Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail

  • Experience in communicating multi-culturally

  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of customers

  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team

  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
