Customer Service Function

Processing of quotations, orders and invoices

Liaising with customers/vendors on status of orders

Supporting the sales team

Process Purchase Orders, able to properly monitor orders placed and inventory received

Ad-hoc projects and assignment.
Minimum Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

SAP Business One experience is preferred
-
Process oriented.

Requires strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when processing order information.

Initiative, patient and mature in thinking.

Meticulous, hands on and analytical.

A team player with good communication skills.

Able to work under pressure.
